Our program is a hi-intensity group environment led by qualified personal trainers.  We have classes six days a week, mornings and evenings.  It is co-ed training designed for real people with real goals, beginners to advanced.

When you first begin we will assist you in personalizing your initial goals based on prior experience, complimentary body metrics (measurements, body fat testing, weight) and your life goals.

The trainers here are fantastic. Good with kids, working within the child's ability, and teaching focus, respect and dicipline. My daughter loves the classes, and the other students. Every session they learn something new, and yet still cover the basics. It keeps the kids interested and motivated.

I am taking the women's bootcamp and defense class. Our trainer knows exactly how far to push us without over exerting ourselves. The class is fun, the other students are nice, and I am seeing wonderful results.
